Maintenance position. This position will assist in the day-to-day maintenance of community property and village residencies. Preserves residents’ dignity, honors resident’s rights, provides good customer service, communicates appropriately, and adheres to federal and state compliance regulations. MAINTENANCE ESSENTIALQUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in carpentry.
Plumbing experience preferred.
