Community Rehabilitation Center, Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in a variety of trades and be committed to maintaining a clean and secure environment for our clients, staff, and visitors.

• Performs maintenance services and repairs in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, and basic vehicle servicing across both facilities.
• Relies on experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish maintenance goals.
• Cleans and maintains facility grounds and interiors to ensure safety and appearance.
• Makes basic janitorial repairs and supports facility cleanliness as needed.
• Answers night security calls and handles after‑hours facility concerns appropriately.
• Conducts regular inspections and identifies areas needing repair or attention.
• Coordinates with outside vendors and contractors for specialized work.
• Ensures all work complies with relevant safety standards and building codes.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance or a skilled trade.
• Strong working knowledge of tools, equipment, and building systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies when needed.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
