PT Site Inspection - Jacksonville

Dare Commercial Services is looking for an experienced individual to do a once monthly site inspection for a client in Lantana. You will be using a state of the art inspection platform. You will be looking for CAM related issues such as potholes, graffiti, and debris among other issues. Must have own tablet or smartphone, be available early mornings, and be consistent.

This position is a 1099.

Requirements:

We are a drug-free workplace and pay to drug test all final applicants prior to hiring. In addition, we drug test whenever there is an accident or injury and whenever an employee's work quality has diminished.
