Property Attendant at Wood Spring Suites, Jacksonville, FL
Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a hands‑on Property Attendant who is a committed team player and flexible in completing multiple hotel responsibilities, including general preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, prepping rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties.
Benefits- Hourly Rate: $15.50 – $17.50, dependent on experience.

- Maintenance: Manage work orders timely and adhere to a preventative maintenance schedule; duties include cleaning carpets, floor cleaning, light electrical and plumbing tasks, public space janitorial work, parking lot upkeep, trash cleanup, PTAC cleaning, drywall repair, painting, caulking, etc.
- Inventory: Maintain and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools; place orders with management.
- Housekeeping support: Prepare rooms for housekeepers – remove linens, trash, move furniture, review maintenance needs.
- Emergency procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security for guests and property.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Repetitive climbing of stairs and occasional ladder use.
- Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
