Housekeeper at RISE Doro – New Construction Community | Hiring February

RISE Doro is a brand-new, beautifully designed community preparing to welcome its first residents — and we’re looking for dedicated Housekeepers to help us create a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment from day one.

As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community’s common areas, amenities, and units. Your attention to detail and pride in your work will help ensure residents feel at home the moment they arrive.

• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (hospitality, apartments, or student housing experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and consistency
• Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning assignments
  
  Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a new construction environment as the property prepares for opening

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, restrooms, and amenity spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas daily
• Assist in preparing units for move‑ins and maintaining model units
• Restock supplies and keep storage closets clean and organized
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Support the on‑site team in presenting a polished, guest‑ready community at all times
• Compensation Range: $18–$19 per hour, based on experience
