• Perform maintenance repairs across the property, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Complete work orders promptly and with attention to quality and detail
• Assist with facilities maintenance, preventative maintenance, and upkeep of common areas
• Ensure all safety standards and company policies are followed
• Communicate effectively with residents, team members, and management to maintain a positive living experience
• Support the team during after-hours emergencies as needed

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in general maintenance
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively and work independently
• Team player with great communication and customer service skills
• Availability for emergencies/on-call rotation and weekend work as needed
• EPA certification preferred, but not required
