The Maintenance position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and longevity of our facilities and equipment. The primary goal of this role is to perform routine maintenance and repairs, thereby minimizing downtime and enhancing safety for all employees and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to identify potential issues before they evolve into significant problems. The Maintenance team plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment that supports the overall productivity of the organization.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a maintenance role or related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Certification in maintenance management or a related technical field.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and projects.
