HOA Maintenance Technician

Seacrest Services, Inc. is hiring a reliable, hands-on HOA Maintenance Technician to help maintain a residential community. This full-time position, scheduled five days per week
, involves routine property repairs, preventative maintenance, pressure washing, painting, and basic irrigation troubleshooting. You will help keep common areas safe and well-maintained, respond to maintenance requests, and report larger repair needs to the Property Manager.

• Perform routine maintenance, minor property repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the community.
• Inspect common areas for maintenance needs and safety concerns, and report larger repair needs to the Property Manager.
• Troubleshoot basic irrigation issues, identify leaks, replace damaged or malfunctioning sprinkler heads, and perform basic repairs.
• Pressure wash community areas and complete basic painting and touch-up work as needed.
• Respond to work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas safe and orderly, and follow company and property safety procedures.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems, including identifying leaks and replacing sprinkler heads.
• Experience with pressure washing and painting.
• Ability to safely use common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and recognize maintenance issues.
• Ability to perform physical maintenance work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors.
• General maintenance or handyman experience preferred; previous HOA, condominium, apartment, landscaping, or property maintenance experience is a plus.

$20.00 per hour
