DESCRIPTION
The Regional Administrative Manager — BMA will be responsible to ensure that all customer contracting, client financial tools, deduction reconciliation, order alerts, data support are completed by the Business Manager Assistant teams for multiple regions and customers, within the required Acosta and Client guidelines. This individual must demonstrate a strong desire and willingness to collaborate across multiple functional teams to strengthen and modernize our services and capabilities.
This individual must demonstrate strong and effective time management, communication, problem- solving, and training skills in support of multiple reporting and geographical teams. This person must have the skill sets to work with sales teams and leaders to build a high performance and diverse support staff.
Hire, train, develop, supervise, evaluate the Business Manager Supervisor and Business Manager Assistant teams
Ensure all Customer and Client requirements and targets are executed toward delivering Customer and Client satisfaction
Preform all responsibilities of a Business Manager Supervisor
Support of the Acosta Solutions team for company driven initiatives
Responsible for the Calibration of the Performance Management Review Process across multiple teams
Conduct regular team meetings and provide timely communication to the Business Manager Supervisor and Business Manager Assistants
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
2 years prior food brokerage experience either as a Business Process Solutions Supervisor or Manager is strongly preferred
2 years prior supervisory experience in business process solutions with a food manufacturer is required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong communication skills internally and externally
Motivated self-starter and problem solver
Efficient and effective use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office
Must be able to represent the company in a professional manner
Detail oriented
Adhere to assigned deadlines
Ability to manage, mentor and train a highly efficient Business Manager Assistant team
