Overview
I’m partnering with a well-established organization to identify an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee warehouse operations, staffing, scheduling, and facility maintenance
- Manage ~4 direct reports and 45 total associates
- Drive productivity, accuracy, safety, and food safety compliance
- Utilize WMS, voice selection systems (Lucas), and JD Edwards
- Develop cost controls, manage budgets, and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure training, performance management, and employee engagement
- 5+ years warehouse/engineered labor management experience
- Strong leadership, safety, and process improvement skills
- Experience with WMS, voice technology, JD Edwards, and Excel
