Accounting​/Office Manager

Vaco has a great opportunity for an Accounting/Office Manager in Jacksonville, Florida. This position is fully onsite and has diverse duties. The company is a local, family owned business. Hours are Mon-Thursday, 8-4:30, and 8-4 on Fridays.

• Property level accounting
• Financial reporting
• Budgeting support
• Coordination with property management
• Asset management
• Personal assistant to the owner
• Oversee Payroll & Benefits for 90+ employees (payroll outsourced)
• Basic HR functions
• Knowledge of Yardi Property Management software is strongly preferred
• Experience with small/medium sized businesses is preferred

• Strong accounting background
• Experience with property level accounting
• Knowledge of Yardi or similar property management software
• Basic HR and payroll experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
