JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team while optimizing daily sales operations. This role is ideal for a leader who combines strong sales expertise with operational discipline and a passion for coaching teams to exceed performance goals.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, strengthening sales processes, implementing KPI accountability, and creating a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

- Implement and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance evaluations
- Partner with executive leadership on hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
- Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational gaps
- Ensure alignment between sales strategy and broader organizational objectives
- Support forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership and operations management
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing KPIs, sales funnels, and performance metrics
- Highly organized with strong operational and problem-solving abilities
- Real estate or acquisitions experience preferred, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
- Confident decision-maker with sound business judgment
- Adaptable and comfortable navigating change in a scaling organization
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to motivate diverse personalities
