What You’ll Do:
  • Design and implement comprehensive ethics and compliance programs for the company, including policies, procedures, and training.
  • Conduct regular compliance risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk and develop and implement corrective action plans.
  • Work with the company’s training team to develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance and ethical standards.
  • Establish and maintain an enterprise-wide regulatory intelligence program.
  • Design and implement comprehensive ethics and compliance programs for the company, including policies, procedures, and training.
  • Conduct regular compliance risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk and develop and implement corrective action plans.
  • Work with the company’s training team to develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance and ethical standards.
  • Establish and maintain an enterprise-wide regulatory intelligence program.
  • Work with operational, risk and finance leaders to document and monitor applicable regulations and corresponding controls.
  • Oversee monitoring activities and compliance audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Maintain and monitor the company’s confidential reporting system for compliance issues, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of complaints and allegations.
  • Oversee and coordinate internal investigations for alleged breaches of the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Develop, review, maintain and update company policies and procedures to promote ongoing compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Serve as a key advisor to senior management on compliance and ethical issues, providing guidance and recommendations. Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior across the organization.
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes, continuously and proactively improving the compliance program.
  • Manage and support the Ethics & Compliance team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain an enterprise-wide regulatory intelligence program.
  • Work with operational, risk and finance leaders to document and monitor applicable regulations and corresponding controls.
  • Develop and drive Ethics and Compliance program across enterprise.
Qualifications Education & Credentials:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources.
Experience:
  • 8 plus years of relevant professional experience in ethics, compliance, and/or risk management in a complex organization
  • 3+ years leading, driving and implementing ethics and compliance programs.
Technical

Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
