JOB DESCRIPTIONMOTION RX is seeking a high-level Director of Operations to serve as the "architect" of our multi-location expansion. This critical leadership role will help scale the business from $1.3M toward eight figures by unifying fragmented systems and removing the founder from daily operational oversight.
The application code word is EMPOWER. The DOO is a strategic, self-directed problem solver who builds high-performing teams that operate at excellence without constant supervision.
This role will lead through aggressive growth—targeting 3X revenue at both locations by the end of 2026. You will transform fragmented systems into a scalable, data-driven operation while positioning yourself to step into a President/CEO role within 3–4 years as the founder transitions to a board position.
This is a full-time W2 role, remote within Florida, with required travel to Jacksonville and Tampa. Due to the importance of this position, our hiring process includes four stages.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE UNIQUEYou'll step into a high-growth, cash-based healthcare business with proven product-market fit and significant untapped potential. The founder has built a strong marketing engine generating consistent patient flow, but operations haven't scaled at the same pace.
Success will be measured by one outcome: transforming MOTION RX from a founder-dependent operation into a self-managing, data-driven machine capable of $3–$3.5M per location.
This role requires someone who understands cash-based healthcare and multi-location brick-and-mortar operations. You'll partner directly with the founder to build operational excellence while gradually stepping into strategic leadership.

Operational Excellence & Multi-Location Management
Own daily operations across Jacksonville and Tampa, ensuring consistent, world-class patient outcomes. Build and lead high-performing medical (doctors, PTs) and sales teams (remote SDRs, in-person closers) that deliver results without constant oversight.
