Reconstruction

Project Manager

$70,000 - $90,000 per year!

Our Reconstruction Project Manager role goes far beyond managing projects it’s project leadership with purpose. You will successfully lead and manage all reconstruction projects to completion, on time and on budget.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the first reconstruction professional on‑site after fires, floods, and other disasters.
  • Assess property damage and determine reconstruction needs quickly and accurately.
  • Build immediate trust with homeowners, commercial clients, and insurance partners.
  • Lead property owners through the reconstruction process with clarity, urgency, and care.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, tradesmen, and job site performance from start to finish.
  • Oversee job plans, timelines, compliance, documentation, and project flow with Project Coordinators.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and in‑house trades to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Maintain alignment with TPA and insurance guidelines.
  • Be available during off‑hours—because disasters don’t follow a 9–5 schedule.
Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate with honesty, clarity, and confidence in high‑stress environments.
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable with modern software and job management tools.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time independently.
  • Thrives in fast‑paced, emotionally charged environments.
  • A servant‑leader mindset with a desire to help people on their worst day.
Role on the Team
  • Educate customers on reconstruction processes, timelines, and expectations.
  • Review and interpret estimates and budgets related to reconstruction projects.
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to incoming leads.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, trades, and local community partners.
  • Participate in community events and networking opportunities.
  • Remain on‑call 24/7 as scheduled, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Stay current on all required certifications and safety training.
  • Provide emergency recovery kits and on‑site support when needed.
  • Support the company mission, vision, and values in all interactions.
Required Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in any of the following is highly valued:
    • Reconstruction, restoration, construction
  • Insurance or emergency response
  • 1–3 years in a professional role.

Working Conditions &

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments in all weather conditions.
  • Frequent use of PPE; ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Job sites may include damaged structures, debris, or hazards typical of post‑disaster environments.
