Operations Leader – Re-Entry Services & Safety

A leading community re-entry services provider in Jacksonville is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join their team. This role involves training and supervising operations staff, ensuring inmate safety and welfare, and implementing security policies. Candidates should have a strong leadership background, a High School diploma or GED, and four years of experience in services for residents or inmates. A Bachelor’s Degree can substitute for two years of experience.

Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends.
