Reports To:
Division Vice President or Senior Vice President
As a key member of the company’s leadership team, you will drive success in your region by delivering consistent success in sales and occupancy goals, budget development and preparation, and staff retention and development. You will be focusing on closing the gaps between regional operations and your various communities. You will also provide local community support to managers with rent increase renewals, resident application reviews, conflict resolution, and inventory management.
