Job Details –
Location:
Jacksonville, FL. Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve project goals, ensuring seamless AV integration.
- Schedule all necessary corporate services and labor resources, including programming, touch‑panel wizardry, rack build, installation, and commissioning.
- Communicate project deadlines, specifications, and budgets to the AV install team with precision.
- Ensure all project documents are current and accurate, from detailed drawings to bills of materials and change orders.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing timely updates on issues, scope changes, schedules, and project progress.
- Lead and inspire a team of talented employees, overseeing training and performance management.
- Delegate responsibilities, ensuring that team members are identified, documented, and current.
- Support the AV install staff in bringing projects to life, from installation and programming to final punch lists.
- Ensure projects stay on track to meet client deadlines and maintain accurate margin tracking.
- Associate’s degree preferred (not required); experience and skill sets considered.
- 2+ years managing AV integration projects, developing strategies, and coordinating resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in maintaining accurate project documents and client updates.
- Experience in leading teams, including training and performance management.
- Hands‑on experience with AV installations and providing creative solutions.
- Ability to track and improve performance metrics, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget goals.
- Base salary $85,000 – $115,000 per year (DOE).
