Location:

Jacksonville, FL. Salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve project goals, ensuring seamless AV integration.
• Schedule all necessary corporate services and labor resources, including programming, touch‑panel wizardry, rack build, installation, and commissioning.
• Communicate project deadlines, specifications, and budgets to the AV install team with precision.
• Ensure all project documents are current and accurate, from detailed drawings to bills of materials and change orders.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing timely updates on issues, scope changes, schedules, and project progress.
• Lead and inspire a team of talented employees, overseeing training and performance management.
• Delegate responsibilities, ensuring that team members are identified, documented, and current.
• Support the AV install staff in bringing projects to life, from installation and programming to final punch lists.
• Ensure projects stay on track to meet client deadlines and maintain accurate margin tracking.

• Associate’s degree preferred (not required); experience and skill sets considered.
• 2+ years managing AV integration projects, developing strategies, and coordinating resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in maintaining accurate project documents and client updates.
• Experience in leading teams, including training and performance management.
• Hands‑on experience with AV installations and providing creative solutions.
• Ability to track and improve performance metrics, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget goals.

• Base salary $85,000 – $115,000 per year (DOE).
