Marsden South has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor! Join an essential company to service the buildings and facilities in your community. Learn new, practical skills and gain experience with on-the-job training.

• Drive between multiple locations to perform cleaning inspections, train new personnel, and more
• Perform the duties of supervised staff
• Complete regular quality inspections of the assigned client
• Ensure all associates are properly trained at each assigned account with a focus on long-term retention
• Build a culture of work safety and lead by example with safe behavior
• Treat co-workers with respect and approach conflicts with positive intent and professionalism
• Ask questions to understand why we do what we do and how we do it; champion change when improvements can be made
• Maintain a coaching mindset and be a champion of the team
• Collaborative style with strong influencing skills
• Demonstrate experience with cleaning procedures and practices
• Proficient written and verbal English communication
• Strong employee and client focus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Experience stocking and replenishing supplies
• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times (e.g., locking doors, using proper chemicals, and reporting incidents)

• Must be able to lift 35–50 lbs
• Driver's license and a good driving record
• Must be able to start training immediately
• 18 years of age or older
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required
• Previous Lead/Supervisor experience in janitorial role is a must
