As the General Manager of Landfor Nashville, you will be the senior leader of a team of Land department employees, maintain developer relationships, and actively negotiate large land deals.
Primary Responsibilities- Manage and direct a team of Land Managers and Supervisors capable of meeting NVR's unit sales and profit objectives for the Nashville area
- Cultivate new developer relationships and maintain existing relationships
- Review contracts from direct reports with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance
- Actively negotiate and structure large and complex deals in the core market area
- At least 5 years of demonstrated land acquisition leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective team manager
- Skilled in land deal structuring
- Finance and Accounting background preferred
- Excel proficiency
