• Leading and mentoring the AP team to achieve performance goals
• Managing invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor relationships
• Reviewing and approving expense reports and reconciliations
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and GAAP standards
• Driving process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency
• Supporting month-end close and audit requirements with accurate documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of accounts payable experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, internal controls, and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Net Suite, Oracle)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
