Title & Escrow Operations Manager

Our company, a Fortune 300 real estate services company is seeking an experienced Title & Escrow Operations Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-county operation. This role combines hands-on production with leadership, compliance, and operational oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee title and escrow operations from opening through post-closing
• Ensure compliance with Florida regulations, underwriting guidelines, and quality standards
• Lead, coach, and develop an operations team across multiple counties
• Maintain an active production desk while managing overall office performance
• Act as the main point of contact for high-volume real estate offices and agents
• Track performance metrics and implement process improvements

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of title and escrow processes
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume title or real estate environment
• Ability to balance production, team management, and operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Active Florida Title Insurance License required
