Title: Program Manager Tech 3

Location: Remote

Summary:

• Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery. Drive program/project schedules and status reports.
• Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented.
• Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information.
• Organize cross‑functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.

• Purpose of the Team:
  Work on P0 priority items – security networking, incident management.
• Key projects:
  Contribute to running projects across OPG; large‑scale products, interact with large groups, drive initiatives across 150 service teams. Include RNR team incident management.
• Typical task breakdown: 60% collaboration with outside teams, 40% collaboration within the team.

• Drive end‑to‑end program ownership: roadmaps, dependencies, risks, alignment.
• Build and land governance frameworks and program operating rhythms.
• Comfortable with ambiguity → structure → action.
• Excellent coordination across engineering, finance, PM, leadership.

• Metrics & telemetry.
• Excel/PowerBI (even if not heavy modeling).
• Create data‑backed narratives and identify trends/risks.

• Understanding of Azure compute, storage, networking fundamentals.
• Expertise in building and managing program roadmaps, dependency trackers, risk logs.
• Ability to analyze cost trends, variances, and savings opportunities.

Salary Range: $128,960 – $137,960 per year.
