This is not a corporate, remote or office-based position. This is a full-time, entry-level position located within one of Amazon’s fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations or other operations buildings. Amazon is seeking customer-focused individuals to lead a team of hourly employees across our Operations network. Our warehouses are fast-paced environments where standing, walking, and having on‑the‑production‑floor conversations are common as a supply chain leader.

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for engaging, leading, and developing your team in a warehouse environment. Your main focus will be motivating, mentoring, and managing your team to meet goals. Amazon provides extensive training and development to become an exceptional people leader. As a people manager, you will ensure that your team has all the tools needed to succeed and maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance and performance at work.

• Support, mentor and motivate 50–100 direct reports as Amazon Associates
• Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment
• Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
• Work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs (typically a fixed four‑day work week with three days off)
• Oversee truck deliveries, handle & sort packages using pallet jacks, operate PIT equipment (where applicable), and step in as needed
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Climb and descend stairs (when applicable)

• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with all requirements completed between May 2024 and August 2026 (must have completed all degree requirements before your first day).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Currently enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Salary ranges (US Dollars):

• Deltona – $65,200.00 – $75,000.00 annually
• Jacksonville – $65,200.00 – $75,000.00 annually
• Jupiter – $65,200.00 – $75,000.00 annually
• Miami – $65,200.00 – $75,000.00 annually
• Milton – $65,200.00 – $75,000.00 annually
• Naples – $65,200.00 – $75,000.00 annually
• Port St. Lucie – $65,200.00 – $75,000.00 annually
• Ruskin – $65,200.00 – $75,000.00 annually
• Temple Terrace – $65,200.00 – $75,000.00 annually
