We operate on a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week (Monday–Thursday).
This opportunity supports students by coordinating field experiences and collaborating with managers, clinical relations teams, and program/local leaders to identify partners and ensure successful, evidence-based learning opportunities. The Clinical Coordination Specialist embodies Chamberlain’s mission and represents the university to agencies, students, and the community through field experience scheduling and stakeholder relationship management.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to research and manage relationships with agency sites for student field experiences and for evaluation of the experience and site.
- Oversee clinical affiliation agreements by obtaining contract signatures and lead in developing, renewing, and/or terminating contracts with partner sites.
- Manage relationships with existing agency partners to ensure student and site satisfaction and successful field experiences.
- Serve as the first point of contact for faculty, students, and partners regarding field experiences; escalate to program/local leadership as applicable.
- Identify and report concerns related to field experiences to the manager and national teams.
- Coordinate and attend events such as the Clinical Partner Summit and consortium meetings as directed by leadership.
- Maintain innovative partnerships with site points of contact and leadership to ensure strong relationships and adequate inventory when needed.
- Maintain knowledge of Chamberlain University’s curriculum and programs and clearly articulate to stakeholders.
- Participate in academic planning and scheduling by monitoring inventory and securing adequate resources.
- Complete work in a timely manner, including preparing, documenting, and tracking assignments; enter data into Chamberlain’s systems of record in real time for accurate national reporting.
- Extract data from systems of record and partner-specific CRM systems for stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage compliance with partner-specific requirements; ensure completion of site evaluations.
- Support the student journey through consistent, timely, and proactive communication with key stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred 3+ years of business development and/or relationship management experience.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Preferred knowledge of or experience in the healthcare field.
- Self-starter who can complete tasks efficiently and independently.
Salary range is between $38,894.07 and $70,391.61, with actual pay based on factors such as experience, location, licensure, certifications, market factors, and departmental budgets.
