Assistant Center Directors at The Learning Experience partner with the Center Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of the center while demonstrating joy and passion for early childhood education. • Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.
• Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
• Maintains physical and electronic filing systems for student and family records with accuracy and in compliance with TLE operating procedures following local and state regulations
• Manages center inventory: office supplies, food, curriculum, staff recognition items, etc.
• Manages vendor relationships including facility maintenance and technology support
• Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program. Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.

• Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).
• Meet Virginia's Program Director requirements, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
