We exist to transform our customers and change lives.

About the Role

As the Product Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of a high-visibility product — from identifying the opportunity to shaping the roadmap, guiding development, and driving it to market. You'll serve as the connective tissue between our customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring that what we build delivers maximum value and moves RF‑SMART's growth forward. This role spans product management, project leadership, and customer engagement, giving you broad influence across the organization.

This position is focused on the healthcare supply chain market — including hospital operations, procedural area supply chain practices, and point of use applications. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution — and want your work to directly impact how healthcare organizations manage inventory and serve patients — this role was built for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Champion the voice of the market by engaging healthcare customers, partners, and stakeholders to surface the supply chain problems and opportunities that matter most in hospital and clinical enviro
  • Serve as the domain expert for hospital and clinical supply chain workflows, translating complex perioperative, procedural, and clinical processes into scalable software solutions.
  • Partner with hospital systems, surgical centers, and partner stakeholder teams to deeply understand how supply chain intersects with patient care delivery and documentation
  • Transform research into product strategy by translating market, competitive, and customer insights — including healthcare trends and regulatory developments — into prioritized opportunities and capabilities
  • Shape the roadmap in partnership with Product Leadership and Product Strategy, building plans that are ambitious, realistic, and aligned to the unique demands of the healthcare market
  • Own the alpha and beta process end-to-end — from identifying the right early adopters through implementation, feedback integration, and iteration
  • Drive Early Adopter success by coordinating cross-functional resources, prioritizing learnings, and keeping stakeholders informed and enabled
  • Lead Go-To-Market readiness by ensuring all stakeholder teams understand the product's capabilities and are prepared to take the initiative to General Availability
  • Support sales, marketing, and services teams with guidance, training, and feedback loops that keep the initiative moving forward
What You’ll Need (Day One)
  • Product management experience in a SaaS or software environment, with hands‑on knowledge of product methodologies (Pragmatic or similar)
  • Proven ability to lead without authority — you know how to align cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholder leaders without a direct reporting line
  • Exceptional communicator — able to distill complex systems into clear, concise concepts for audiences ranging from engineers to clinical and operational leadership
  • Experience working with or alongside EHR and ERP systems commonly used in healthcare (Epic, Oracle Health, Oracle Cloud, Lawson/Infor, Workday, or similar) and understanding how supply chain software integrates with them
  • Familiarity with the healthcare market landscape, including industry trends, regulatory environment, and the operational challenges facing hospital and health system supply chain teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in healthcare supply chain operations — including hospital supply chain management, point of use applications, and perioperative area supply chain practices — you understand the domain, not just the software
  • Familiarity with surgical supply replenishment models (Kanban, par‑level, case cart, and hybrid approaches) and the workflows that drive them in perioperative settings
  • Working knowledge of clinical documentation requirements related to implantable devices, including UDI compliance, procedure documentation, and regulatory reporting obligations
What Will Set You Apart
  • Direct experience working in or with hospital or clinical environments, with firsthand understanding of how supply…
