Search is seeking a Senior Director Capture Management (LOGCAP) to lead the capture lifecycle for major DoD, IC, and Fed/Civ opportunities. The role is remote with responsibility for building and guiding a team in pursuit of high-value contracts.
You will own end-to-end capture strategies, engage cross-functional teams, and mentor staff as you position the company for large-scale wins and growth. A Bachelor’s degree and a DoD-relevant clearance or ability to obtain one are required.
