Train, coach, and support A+ talent to achieve key results in People, Customer, Sales, and Profit;
Ensure that food safety standards are met through direct observation while running shifts;
Monitor metrics and inventory management;
Work a schedule to ensure that all day parts are observed (opening, lunch, dinner, overnight, weekends);
Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to analyze inventory and controllables to meet or achieve margin and cost of goods targets
