Overseeing a team of project managers in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Director of Program Delivery will manage multi-million dollar engagements, establish effective workflows, and ensure client satisfaction while driving strategic discussions and risk management.
Key responsibilities- Manage and oversee multiple project tracks and teams for long-term client engagements
- Set and manage client expectations, ensuring satisfaction across internal and external stakeholders
- Lead strategic discussions and presentations, assessing change and risk management throughout project delivery
- Extensive experience in leading multi-year, multi-million dollar projects with interconnected work streams
- Background in client services, preferably with top-tier consulting firms or interactive agencies
- Understanding of web and application development life cycles and emerging technologies
- Strong appreciation for design and user experience
- Proven leadership and mentorship abilities within a project management context
