Senior Program Manager -Technology

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager
-Technology to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $123,000 - $150,700 annually

• Lead and manage programs in AI Tools and Agent Development
• Serve as the primary program lead for enterprise AI initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to define use cases for AI agents
• Coordinate the lifecycle of AI agent development projects
• Develop and execute program plans with budget and risk management
• Drive goals and objectives in line with organizational strategy
• Monitor and report on program status to senior leadership

• Attention to detail and program management skills for managing multiple AI initiatives
• Strategic thinking for AI enablement strategy development
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex AI concepts
• Strong engagement and relationship management skills with stakeholders
