SRS Acquiom is looking for an Engineering Manager who can lead people and code with equal confidence. This role owns the success of both the product and the team behind it — balancing hands‑on technical leadership with the day‑to‑day realities of managing, coaching, and growing a high‑performing engineering team. You'll partner closely with Product to keep priorities aligned, drive quality practices across the team, and stay active in the codebase so you can lead by example, not just by title.

Location:

This is a hybrid position with in‑person and remote schedule flexibility based out of Denver, CO.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $153k - $170k, depending on level of experience.
