- Handle the day-to-day work for a set of accounts.
- Answer client questions, keep requests moving, and make sure details are handled with care.
- Work with the Production team on renewals, help shape the right solution, and follow through so clients get timely support.
- Help protect retention and revenue by keeping existing business in place and looking for chances to add more coverages where it makes sense.
- Help create a smoother experience for clients and colleagues alike, as you build trust wiht client contacts and decision makers.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience
-OR-
- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- 1+ years supervisory experience.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred:
- Experience working in client service, account management, or renewals.
- A habit of staying organized while handling multiple priorities.
- The ability to spot opportunities for added services or coverages that fit client needs.
- Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
- Solid financial acumen.
