Senior Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Senior Clinic Manager to lead operations at our outpatient rehab clinic. In this role, you will oversee daily workflow, staffing, scheduling, and budgets while ensuring exceptional, evidence-based patient care. Partner with therapists and front-office staff to optimize outcomes, patient satisfaction, and clinic growth. You’ll champion CORA’s collaborative, patient-first culture, support staff development, and maintain regulatory and documentation compliance.
