Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $95,000.00 Annually

The Service Superintendent is responsible for assisting in the management of the Service Department while ensuring roofing repair and maintenance projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role provides leadership and support to field personnel, oversees daily job site operations, monitors quality and safety standards, coordinates labor, materials, and subcontractors, and serves as a key point of contact for customers.
