Description Summary
Provides executive leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for Elder Source's Community Services Department, including the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC), SHINE, Medicare-related programs, and other community-based initiatives. Responsible for advancing organizational goals through strategic planning, community engagement, partnership development, program expansion, resource stewardship, and regulatory compliance. Serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and works collaboratively across departments to identify emerging community needs and develop innovative service solutions.

- Governmental agencies

- Other information and referral and consumer navigation services
A. Executive Leadership Team:
- Works collaboratively with other members of the Executive Leadership Team to build mutual support and to be able to provide the best and coordinated response to requests for assistance that may come to the agency through a variety of entry points and relationships.
- Coordinates with Programs Manager to ensure contracted providers are in compliance with contracts related to spending contracts funds and with e-CIRTS reporting requirements.
- Provides Planning and Compliance Manager with information related to unmet needs and other data as needed or requested.
- Coordinates with the ECO to ensure the Helpline remains operational and can assist with staffing the Disaster Recovery Centers as needed.
- Works with e-CIRTS staff to ensure ADRC data is accurately maintained.
- Makes sure staff are fully trained on e-CIRTS utilization.
- Collaborates with e-CIRTS staff on the maintenance of the resource database.
- Be responsive to DOEA and proactive in areas requiring additional attention, as needed, to maintain good relationships and in compliance.
- Able to demonstrate to regulatory bodies and funders efforts to be in compliance with various regulations and contractual requirements (e.g. HIPAA, etc.)
- Maintains relationships with colleagues, offering assistance and support as needed.
