LUV Car Wash is seeking a General Manager for our Jacksonville location to lead the daily operations, recruit and develop staff, and drive customer satisfaction. You will manage payroll, scheduling, safety, and compliance while partnering with HR and the District Manager on people initiatives and budget planning.
The GM will foster a culture of accountability, oversee onboarding and training, and work to grow membership and local market presence through community outreach and marketing efforts.
