Nodal Maintenance Manager

• Deliver Material Handling and Industrial Automation services in a 24x7 logistics environment across 113 North American sites
• Manage a portfolio of 23–34 sites with accountability for 24x7 operations coverage
• Coordinate maintenance across multiple shifts and balance resource allocation across portfolio sites
• Establish communication protocols and manage escalations for critical operational issues
• Monitor, report and improve portfolio-wide performance metrics and KPI achievement
• Execute contract KPIs and client-RME strategies under senior leadership guidance
• Apply reliability engineering principles to maximize equipment uptime and performance
• Align maintenance strategies with the account’s program management lead and operational objectives
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Analyze equipment performance data, participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Drive subordinate-team accountability and enforce site standards
• Establish client relationships with regional and program managers, Site GMs and Regional Operations Managers
• Establish Quality Assurance processes, including Health Check audits
• Evaluate site performance and RME service condition
• Report site performance through operational metrics and weekly business reviews
• Drive innovation and creative problem solving for client value creation
• Partner with site Operations leaders, JLL leaders and Finance on client-fund stewardship
• Establish safety culture, employee engagement and safety-training compliance
• Mentor, coach and develop leaders and create site talent pipelines
• Monitor personnel metrics and ensure timely HR activity completion
• Manage labor and PRM budgets, report variances and ensure purchase-order and invoice-reconciliation compliance
• Report regional performance and use data to drive continuous improvement

• Experience with Material Handling and Industrial Automation services in a 24x7 logistics environment
• Knowledge of reliability engineering principles
• Experience with program management execution
• Ability to manage a portfolio of 23–34 sites
• Ability to coordinate maintenance activities across multiple shifts
• Experience monitoring and reporting portfolio-wide performance metrics and KPIs
• Ability to execute contract KPIs and client-RME strategies
• Experience supporting preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Ability to analyze equipment performance data
• Experience participating in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
• Ability to manage budgets, labor, PRM, overtime, purchase orders and invoice reconciliation
• Ability to establish and maintain client, employee and safety-program relationships
• Ability to mentor, coach and develop leaders
• Ability to complete HR activities including IPMP, goal setting and ER/Union Awareness Training
