Engagement Manager

One of our large healthcare software clients is looking to hire an Engagement Manager who will provide program management expertise and oversight of large software implementations of the Claim Performance products for the Healthcare Insurance industry. The role is a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity.

Compensation: $55/hr to $57/hr exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

• Manage projects, including project plans, status meetings, deliverables, and team members.
• Serve as the frontline to customers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Work flexibly across multiple assignments, collaborating with various internal and external teams.
• Maintain project documentation and progress tracking to support successful implementation of software solutions.

• At least 6+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience engaging with internal and external team members.
• ‘Cradle to grave’ software implementation experience in healthcare insurance, including payers.
• PMP certification preferred.
