Lead with vision, accountability, and heart. Drive performance, culture, and growth across four states for a fast-scaling national service organization built on compassion, innovation, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on regional leadership role: driving results through people, systems, and purpose at the field level. Success here requires leading teams who directly serve individual customers and communities.
We’re exclusively partnering with a mission-driven consumer-services company (with parallels to healthcare, senior living, hospitality, and other regulated, people-centered industries) to hire a Regional Vice President of Operations (RVP) for the four-state Northwest U.S. area — an experienced multi-unit leader ready to elevate people, processes, and performance at scale.
Ideal backgrounds include multi-site healthcare, dental, senior living, veterinary, hospitality, fitness, or retail service chains where leaders manage dispersed teams delivering personal, high-touch experiences.
NOTE: Candidates whose background is primarily in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, banking, or financial service environments will not be a fit for this customer-facing leadership role.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, this executive will oversee a multi-site network of customer-facing service locations across WA, OR, , and CO.
