On-site role in Jacksonville, FL
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives within a major financial services organization. This role will manage complex programs spanning business, technology, operations, vendors, and multiple functional teams.
The ideal candidate has significant experience managing enterprise-level programs within banking or financial services and is comfortable working with senior executives, business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and EPMO organizations.
What You'll Do- Lead complex enterprise transformation programs from strategy through execution
- Build integrated program plans across business, technology, operations, and third-party partners
- Establish milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, budgets, and delivery expectations
- Coordinate multiple work streams and drive key program decisions
- Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, actual spend, and resource planning
- Develop executive-level reporting and presentations for steering committees and senior leadership
- Partner closely with cross-functional business and technology leaders
- Oversee project management and vendor resources supporting program delivery
- Ensure programs follow established EPMO standards and governance
- 15+ years of progressive program/project management experience
- Significant experience within banking or financial services
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programs
- PMP or recognized Agile certification
- Experience managing programs involving both business and technology teams
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, budget, and resource management experience
- Experience managing third-party vendors and complex project teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive leadership
- Experience developing executive reporting and steering committee presentations
- Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives within scope, schedule, and budget
- 20+ years of overall program/project leadership experience
- Retail Banking experience
- EPMO or enterprise program management experience
- Product Manager and/or Scrum Master experience
- Experience overseeing vendor-led initiatives
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent extensive professional experience
