Greif, Inc. seeks a Senior Engineering Manager (SEM) to lead the SBU engineering organization across multiple sites (Chicago, IL; Delaware, OH; Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX).
You will translate business strategy into engineering priorities, manage capital programs, and develop future leaders while ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective equipment and processes. You will partner with Operations, EH&S, Finance, and Supply Chain, drive KPI performance, staffing, onboarding, and coaching.
