Project Manager, Project & Program Management, Operations Management

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will support complex pipeline initiatives by coordinating schedules, meetings, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across internal and external partners. The Project Manager will help keep multiple work streams aligned, provide visibility into progress and risks, and support sound decision-making in a highly regulated development environment.

This is an opportunity to contribute to project execution for pharmaceutical and biotechnology programs with broad stakeholder involvement.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $121,969 – $165,016 annually

• Develop and maintain project schedules for pipeline projects
• Support projects utilizing internal and external teams and partners
• Assist in decision-making through risk analyses and scenario planning
• Facilitate participation in management reviews and cross-functional meetings
• Manage project collaboration through SharePoint sites
• Provide comprehensive meeting management support, including planning and documentation
• Ensure timely product project reporting and track progress of multiple teams

• Doctorate degree with 3 years of project management experience, or Master’s with 3 years of project management experience, or Bachelor’s with 5 years of project management experience, or Associate’s with 10 years of project management experience, or high school diploma with 12 years of project management experience
• Experience managing people or leading teams and projects directly
• 10+ years in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare-related fields preferred
• Direct experience with Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
