Production Manager - Textiles / Aerospace – Jacksonville, Florida (Relocation Provided)
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + Unlimited PTO + Holiday + 401(k) + Medical, Dental, Vision + Benefits Package

Role- Managing a small team of Supervisors with over 150 indirect reports
- Design and enhance product processes and systems
- Lead continuous improvement activities, production finances and KPI's
- Mentor, train and grow the production team
- Production Manager
- Experience with in cutting, sewing, RF welding or hot air welding environment
- Aerospace or textiles background
