Work closely with 10-20 other Composite Technicians under supervision to bring essential naval products to life.;
Load and operate presses, ovens, and autoclaves to fabricate parts using polyurethane, fiberglass, epoxy resins.;
Layout, pre-fit, assembles and casts polyurethane and similar material on a variety of molds and surfaces.;
Verify work to ensure a defect-free part prior to presenting to quality control (inspection).;
Provide specialized technical assistance and interact with team members to implement solutions.
