Mechanical Assembler

We’re looking for hands‑on, reliable individuals to join our team assembling Industrial Power Systems. If you enjoy working with tools, building things from the ground up, and being part of a supportive team, this is a great opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do- Assemble mechanical components for industrial systems
- Work with sheet metal and metal enclosures
- Use hand and power tools (drills, tape measures, screwdrivers, impact tools, etc.)
- Follow blueprints and work closely with your teammates
- Move, lift, bend, and stand throughout the workday
- Occasionally work inside units approximately 8 feet tall
- Hands‑on experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing
- Comfortable using hand & power tools
- Ability to read and follow blueprints
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with sheet metal
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs

You’ll be working in a large, open‑bay industrial production facility with multiple assembly stations. The floor is not climate‑controlled, but large ceiling fans help keep air circulating. Safety is our top priority — safety shoes, glasses, and ear protection are required in designated areas. The environment includes noise from CNC machinery and general manufacturing equipment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
