We take rugged steel and aluminum containers and retro-fit them into high-end, custom office spaces. If you enjoy seeing a project go from a raw industrial shell to a finished architectural build, this is the spot for you.

• Welding & Fabrication:
  Utilizing MIG and TIG to work with both steel and aluminum.
• The "Retro‑Fit":
  Working on the install team to execute 2x8 foot panel builds for container interiors.
• Structural Framework:
  Building out the "bones" of the office to ensure everything is square, secure, and professional.
• The Heavy Lift:
  This is a physical role—you’ll be working with heavy materials and framework daily.

• Metal Mastery:
  Solid experience welding both steel and aluminum.
• Build‑Minded:
  You understand framework and how components fit together during a retro‑fit.
• Reliability:
  You show up ready to work and can pass a background check and drug screen.
• Grit:
  You don't mind the physical nature of the job, including occasional heavy lifting.

Salary: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour;

Shift: First;

8 AM - 5 PM;

Education:

High School.

• Fabrication & Welding: Perform high‑quality MIG and TIG welding on both steel and aluminum materials.
• Structural Framework: Interpret blueprints to build and reinforce structural frames within container units.
• Retro‑fit Installations: Work with the install team to execute 2x8 foot panel builds and custom modifications.
• Assembly: Fitting, grinding, and finishing surfaces to ensure office spaces meet aesthetic and structural standards.

• Working in a smoke‑free environment.
• Wearing steel toe shoes.
• Working in a non‑temperature controlled environment.
• Manual lifting up to 50lbs.
• Standing for 8 hours at one time.

• Mig (1 year of experience is required)
• Tig (1 year of experience is required)
• Blueprint Reading (1 year of experience is required)
