CNC Brake Press Operator (3rd Shift)

We are seeking an experienced CNC Brake Press Operator to join our metal fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a CNC press brake to bend, form, and shape metal components according to production specifications. Daily responsibilities include reading blueprints, interpreting measurements, setting up the machine, selecting proper tooling, and ensuring parts meet quality standards. This is a hands‑on position requiring accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on the machine.

Job Title: CNC Brake Press Operator

Pay: $17.50–$21.00/hr (based on experience & shift differential)

Shift: 3rd Shift

Environment: Manufacturing (non‑climate‑controlled)

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Northside)

• CNC Brake Press operation experience required
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to read blueprints and follow production drawings
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with tooling changes
• Proficiency using computers for machine settings and quality checks
• Experience working with metal fabrication machinery preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
