Responsibilities:
* Assemble precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components to engineering drawings and specifications
* Install and assemble pumps, valves, fittings, tubing, and hydraulic systems
* Perform tube routing, tube bending, ducting installation, and fitting installation
* Execute structural assembly and match drilling on aluminum, titanium, and composite materials
* Measure and verify tolerances, clearances, and torque specifications using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
* Work from engineering drawings, work instructions, and aerospace requirements to complete complex assemblies

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED
* 1+ year of related mechanical or structural assembly experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
* Experience with mechanical tube installation, structural drilling, and aerospace assembly
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly documentation
* Experience using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience supporting a NASA program
* Experience in a clean room manufacturing environment
Manufacturing experience supporting human spaceflight, spaceflight, or aircraft hardware programs

Experience with tube routing, ducting installation, valves, and fittings
