Essential Functions
  • Install and set electrical switch gear, panels, controllers, wireways, and trays with speed and precision in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Rapidly interpret electrical drawings and schematics to maintain production flow and meet daily build targets
  • Execute electrical conduit and wiring installations on modular chiller systems efficiently, minimizing assembly line downtime
  • Perform high and low voltage terminations quickly and accurately to keep pace with production schedules
  • Construct electrical supports and infrastructure while adhering to tight assembly timelines
  • Maintain organized electrical tool room to ensure zero delays in parts/tool availability for production
  • Provide immediate troubleshooting of electrical tools, welders, and grinders to prevent production bottlenecks
  • Source and procure replacement electrical parts rapidly to maintain continuous production flow

This position operates out of a fabrication facility. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is sometimes exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, with overtime regularly scheduled. Second shift days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Travel is primarily not required with exception to local travel during the business day.
